Ive been recently listening and pondering the things being said on the popular Joe Rogan podcast. I think he has done a lot of good in terms of exposing people to subjects that they otherwise might not have been aware of. The DMT topic is a good example of that. He has also been helping to legitimize the UFO topic as well.
However, in other instances, I see him regressing into a state of noxious ignorance. It’s interesting to see someone who is so stuck in between two different levels. I don’t always know which direction he is going to go – and maybe, neither does he. Indeed, he himself has referred to himself as a “fucking moron.” I can tell that there are some people who are influencing him and holding him back from his evolutionary course. Sometimes, when he is saying ignorant things, I get the impression that he is just imitating behavior that other more pernicious types of people in his life and on the internet have injected into his psyche. I am hoping that he will be able to break out of this. I suspect that he is afraid of being attacked if he goes too . . . evolutionary. I can tell that Joe Rogan is a good person – a good person who has a lot of influence over young minds. I wish him well and I hope that he does the right thing with his platform. The Curse of Oak Island on the History Channel has been an entertaining watch.
My own theory that is based on the evidence so far is that the island most likely contains treasure -- most likely in the form of holy relics from the Jerusalem that were obtained during the Crusades. It was most likely hidden there by the last of the Knights Templar, who were being persecuted by the Catholic church, hundreds of years ago. I am not going to explain my reasoning here, but you will see what I mean if you watch enough episodes. The Why Files on Youtube have been doing a great job investigating strange topics that are usually related to the paranormal. If he can debunk something he will do so. But if he is unable to debunk it he will admit it. My biggest problem with the skeptics is that most of them hate being wrong and will refuse to go where ever the data-clues lead. It's good to see such clear thinking these days. I am not even sure that I agree with him a 100%, but it is nice to see someone at least trying to be reasonable.
Start with these two videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XU49FSIx0_g&list=PLvcorBtjp8cJQ5knFK919I1PuF12716LB&index=3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JSwT3vWazFo&list=PLvcorBtjp8cJQ5knFK919I1PuF12716LB&index=1 I see that a skeptic from the New York Post has been attempting to discredit the Secret of Skinwalker Ranch televised investigation on the History Channel. I watched his videos to see if he could come up with some good points. The problem is that he left out so much information and instead chose to cherry pick a few straw man cases. It does not even look like he has watched every episode. I am sure that if I did a deep investigation of his investigation that I would be able to debunk many if not most of his accusations.
Here are two good episodes that I would urge him and other skeptics to start with -- that is if they are too lazy to watch every episode, at least start with these two: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SA4UkCDx7aM&list=ELVU7dOVfLczcbIqn-4Ti2Gw&t=267s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qM5VIzNLJwg An interesting video about structures in Peru that most people are not aware of. Some of the structures can be explained. Some can not.

I have been enjoying the History channel series: The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch and I do recommend it. Something is definitely happening there.
https://www.history.com/shows/the-secret-of-skinwalker-ranch I also recommend the documentary: The Hunt for Skinwalker Ranch https://www.amazon.com/gp/video/detail/B09HL7D44L/ref=atv_dp_cnc_1_1 And now for something a little bit different. My books deal with paranormal mysteries so I thought that it would not be inappropriate for me to touch upon the subject of "Bigfoot."
I have always been skeptical of such a creature, although I must admit that the more informed that I get about the topic the more I realize that it is not something that deserves to be mocked. What I discovered is that not all of the sightings can be attributed to bears or men in costumes. Something else appears to be going on. Consider the following video, for example, in which it is shown that the proportions of a human being do not fit into the proportions of the famous Patterson-Gimlin film creature: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubuk-R-bo9Q&ab_channel=HISTORY |
